Ideal for fast and durable repairs. It is developed by using special polymers, additives and selected fillers. Addition of coarse aggregates of up to 8 mm size is possible for higher volume applications. There are three variant of MICROKRETE.

It can also be used as a polymer modified repair mortar for old surface repairs. Ideal for plastering inside swimming pools, water tanks, foundation areas and basements. It can also be used as an underlayment plaster for tile adhesives to provide the required strength of plaster underneath the Tile adhesive to hold the special/large size tiles over vertical surfaces.

UltraTech SEAL & DRY – HIFLEX is a two component, cement based, acrylic emulsion polymer based elastomeric, water proof coating incorporated with high quality polymer additives, and fillers for all positive side water proofing applications of Terrace, Slope Roofs, Balcony, Domes, Swimming Pools, Sump Tanks, exterior walls. Highly suitable for demanding applications with area greater than 10,000sq.ft. Elongation is more than 100% at a tensile force of 50Kg/Sq.cm.
UltraTech Seal & Dry SBR is a styrene butadiene latex co-polymer, multipurpose bonding agent used for repairing of structures/concrete and waterproofing and bonding slurry. It reduces shrinkage cracks & improves abrasion resistance.
UltraTech Seal & Dry 5 PLUS is an Acrylic Polymer based multipurpose bonding agent. Seal & Dry 5 PLUS is recommended for crack filling and tile joint filling by mixing along with White cement. It can be used by mixing with water, directly as a priming/key coat over plastered surfaces and putty before painting to cover the minor surface shrinkage cracks.
UltraTech Seal & Dry 5 PLUS can also be used as an anti-corrosive protection coating over new and old reinforcements.
